Conference Room and Discussion Board Guidelines

Welcome to the PainAid Conference Rooms and Discussion Boards!

These conference rooms and discussion boards are for your support and empowerment. Below are some of the basic rules which apply to conference room and discussion board conduct within this forum.

As outlined in the guidelines and policies of PainAid, each chat is logged and may be made available for downloading. If the Chat Host deems it necessary, the log may be forwarded to a Review Team. If there is evidence that a member may have violated PainAid policy, guidelines, or standards of conduct, access to PainAid may be revoked.

Our conference rooms and discussion boards do not allow the following:

• Any chat or post deemed to be an attempt at harassment or hatefulness toward any person or group of people. Harassment or bashing based on sexual orientation, gender, race, color, religious views or any other reason is not allowed in the PainAid conference rooms or discussion boards.
• Any chat or post that contains vulgar or obscene language. Chats or posts that contain vulgar or obscene language (regardless of how the word is used) will not be tolerated. There are some phrases/words that are used in everyday talk, but they may not be appropriate for this community. We are a family oriented site, and we expect our members to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to all age groups.
• Any chat or post that solicits the exchange of explicit, X-rated, videos or photos in any format (i.e., GIFs, JPGs, MPGs). Distribution of explicit images is prohibited by law. PainAid does not allow the posting or trading of explicit or X-rated images or messages.
• Any chat or post that contains advertisements or personal solicitations. This site is dedicated to support and empowerment. Attempts to solicit, accept or allow advertisements may result in the termination of user access to PainAid.
• Any chat or post that attempts to solicit drugs of any sort, give or seek information regarding the illegal distribution per the laws of the United States:  may result in the immediate termindation of a user account.

•  Any chat which contains an intention to disrupt the room or which causes disruption.

• The listing of any physician name, whether good or bad, will be deleted.
